Boxing

Latin Dance

Tired of the same old routine? Get ready to shake things up with Latin dance! Our classes are designed for older adults and are the perfect way to have fun while boosting your health. Imagine moving to vibrant music, learning exciting new steps, and making new friends—all while giving your body and mind a fantastic workout. Latin dancing is scientifically proven to improve balance, coordination, and cardiovascular health, helping you feel more confident and energetic in your daily life. It’s also a great way to sharpen your mind, as memorizing new routines stimulates your brain, and can even help reduce the risk of dementia. So come on out, feel the rhythm, and start your journey to a happier, healthier you. No partner or experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to feel the rhythm!

Group Fitness Classes

Are you satisfied with your current fitness level? Come and enjoy this 45-minute, energizing fitness class designed to provide cardiovascular benefits and promote strength and balance. Classes are designed for all ability levels and can be taken standing or seated, or a combination of both. Light weights and resistance bands are incorporated to increase strength through varied exercises.  We like to have fun in class and laugh…look out, you might even find yourself dancing without even realizing it!  

Private Instruction

Would you like personalized instruction to help you achieve your fitness goals? Coach Victor will carefully listen to what you would like to accomplish and will create a customized plan to help you achieve your objectives.  These hour-long individual sessions can be held conveniently at your senior living facility’s gym or in your own home. Each session builds upon the previous one, creating a solid foundation for a healthier, stronger, and more balanced you.

About Coach Victor

Victor is deeply committed to bringing fitness to older adult communities, with the belief that everyone deserves to feel vibrant and alive through optimum health (and sometimes even dance a little). He teaches at senior living facilities around the metro area to a diverse clientele- one of his students recently celebrated their 100th birthday!  A fun fact about Victor is that he has been training in martial arts for over a decade and also teaches martial arts fighters.
